The Eighth

In the Book of Exodus, the eighth plague brought locusts — a swarm so vast it darkened the skies and devoured all that was left by the powerful. It was nature’s uprising, a warning that the people would not remain oppressed forever.

The Eighth stands for the people.
Not the powerful. Not the protected. But the citizens — all of them — who see the injustice unfolding in real time and refuse to look away.

We were forged in the shadow of an administration that has traded liberty for control, truth for manipulation, and the public’s trust for unchecked power. Since the election, every act, every order, and the silence from those in office has made one thing clear: they are no longer for us.

The Eighth is not left or right, black or white, rich or poor.

We are the unheard, the dismissed, the defiant.
We are what happens when the people remember their power — and use it.

Like a swarm, we rise as one.
Unified. Purposeful. Unstoppable.

We do not ask permission.
We do not beg for rights we already possess.
We seek not chaos, but consequence. Not destruction, but disruption — united in purpose, rising together to reclaim what is ours.

— The 8th
